Our gluten free (non-gluten friendly) rum cake is as moist as our classic rum cakes and is available in all of our flavors. Vanilla, Coconut, Chocolate, Strawberry, Key lime.
Please note that we do not bake this cake in a gluten sterile kitchen and is best for those who choose to not include gluten in their diet and do not have a serious gluten sensitivity.

According to my friend, who was the recipient of the gift, the cake was overly "wet" and too sweet. I will not be sending the gluten free rum cake in the future. .....
