You need to try it for yourself! I have to say I was a little concerned with no frosting but then you try it and it is just wonderful. The strawberry flavor is very well balanced but definitely center stage, rum flavor is there but not a super strong. Overall some of the best cake I have ever had.

This was the perfect compliment to a summer BBQ party. My only regret was that I didn't order more than one - it was gone in less than 10 minutes!!!
